Musical Director Vacancy – Enderby Windband

After 11 years of dedicated service Tony Rifugiato will be taking his final bow as Musical Director of the Enderby Windband on 7th December at the band’s 20th Anniversary Gala Concert.  

As Tony steps down the Enderby Windband is looking to recruit a new Musical Director for January 2026 to take over the reins.  

We are looking for someone who;  

1. Has experience conducting wind bands and/or concert bands  

2. Can inspire, enthuse and support our players 

3. Can make rehearsals fun yet productive  

4. Is reliable and committed  

5. Has knowledge of windband repertoire  

6. To work along side the committee to plan for the future
